"Poor management, Poor Maintenance, Poor Lighting, Poor Ground Conditions, this place is poorly maintained with horrible management and maintenance. When driving into the facility the lights are broken, hanging and burnt. Management not available during there business hours. There’s 2 offices on the premises and only 1 open and it’s dirty and poorly maintained. Garbage placed next to the dumpster for weeks without being removed. Burnt lights in the breezeway and the lights that are lit is full of bugs until you can’t see the lights. Roaches, roach eggs, spider webs, spider eggs and ants in the apartment. Walls not freshly painted when moving in, chipped paint. When calling the office number no one answers and the Manager Tramaine is NEVER IN and Kelly makes excuses and 1,001 mistakes because she moves a million miles going nowhere!!!! Lazy maintenance guy and he’s the only maintenance man throughout that entire complex. Staff makes their own hours. Broken garage doors, junk placed in the garages by maintenance and Management. The outside storage room infested with roaches, spiders and debris. Molded patio ceilings. This place is unprofessional and disgusting."

"Horrible place to live, maintenance is horrible. Lights in the entrance has about 6 on each side only maybe three working. Roaches and looks like mold in the outside storage and a hole in the ceiling of the storage. I regret signing the lease. Light fixtures is so filthy the maintenance and management is horrible."

"The apartments are nice but I can’t get over the fact there is a huge ant problem, they said pest control came but it’s still an issue. Everyday I find myself fighting ants all over the house"

"I spoke with a white female yesterday who told there was a 1 bedroom coming available in August because some is moving out of unit. I arranged my appointment to be 2:00pm. The Representative of Vista asked for my email address and stated I would be emailed with direction to the Property. When. I this morning because I had a question about rescheduling for Friday Because I am not feeling. I had to leave a message. About 30 minutes a different white female calls me and say that can be true we have no one bedrooms coming available anytime soon. She said and don’t email direction. Doesn’t seem like they have they’re act together. Now I have to elsewhere because of a misunderstanding."

"I have had great experiences with The Vistas! Tremaine is a professional but personable manager who cares about her tenants. She’s always willing to go the extra mile to help. I’ve never had any problems with her nor the rest of the staff and maintenance. I recommend living here, great apartments with great staff that care about our experience and living!!"
