Garden District Townhomes and Condominiums

"Great place to stay! The apartment was very nice, some of the neighbors are nice, other neighbors are freaking awesome! Got a pool, used to have BBQ grills (until the not so nice neighbors threw them all in the dumpster). You have to make your own fun here. Mainly because of the old grumpy women living here. They congregate outside of their apartments on the first floor, while drowning themselves with wine, (it’s okay if they do it, if you drink they will call you out on their private Facebook page…yeah sounds pretty petty right?) but you can hear them over the tv upstairs. They get loud as hell. They act like they own the entire complex, but alas, nope. They don’t. But be prepared that if you make a sound they will leave a note on your door about the “rules” which the people who “live” there themselves do not follow. Trust me, they don’t follow their own rules. It makes the owners that you may rent from look bad, but it’s not them. Beware the Hyundai Mumu wearing one on the first floor."
