"I've been in my apartment my apartment for over 13 years and I love it. The property is well maintained and landscaped. Everyone I've ever spoken to from owners to maintenance have been polite and kind, even when I had to call the hoffpauir's after midnight on a weekend because a fire alarm was going off in another apartment. They stay on top of things. If I need something fixed they come at a time that works for me, unless it's an emergency. They once came the morning before a minor hurricane was supposed to hit to fix my a/c. It has been a great experience"

They take care and pride in their properties and they take concern in their tenants needs, no matter how small. If our area is threatened by severe storms, migrations of pests or anything nature can throw at us, they inform their tenants of any possible dangers, what we can do to stay safe and keep our home safe and in case of damage they are their ready to help fix it! My washing machine broke down on a Sunday night, I sent in a maintenance report and they were their before 9:00 the next morning. Plus they followed up the next day to make sure all was well. Great company and family!"
