Erdace Apartments 600 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601

"THEY ALTERED A CHECK AND TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT TWICE FOR THE SAME CHECK COMMITTING FRAUD. This place took a check we gave for rent. Oct 21, deposited it. Then in April of 2023 they altered the date on the check from 2021 and made it 2022 and deposited the same check again. It has the same check number as cashed in Oct 21, the same memo line. I reported it to the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Washington County TN and to my bank. The bank returned my funds. I was told the bank that deposited it, Allegiance Bank, fraud department would have to pursue it. DO NOT GIVE THIS FACILITY A CHECK EVER. -- Edited after the facility tried to ignore responsibility for this act. we filed in Washington County because it's where we live and where the duplicate check deposit hit our account. I uploaded a copy of the altered check look closely at the date year 22. it originally said 21. if the facility cared about this they would have contacted us directly instead of pretending not to know who we are in a reply."

"I have lived at Erdace for 8 months and tell everyone I know in the community to move here! This place exceeds expectations when it comes to a place to live! They have such a beautiful building and the pool just opened! Both Bri and Arianna have went out of their way to help me and my neighbor Devon! I locked myself out of my apartment at 2 a.m last Thursday and the staff was so kind they came and unlocked it! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live at! Thanks to the Erdace team for providing such an an awesome experience!!!! Also Jude is the property manager and helped make the process of moving so smooth! Thank you again!"

"Currently have lived here for a month and the management works so hard. The girls working in the main office were very professional and worked with me so well. Arianna even went so far as to get me a faster move in date because of my transition from my old apartment. She went and swept the apartment herself so that I could get in faster. THE GYM IS AMAZING.. Its never crowded and has top of the line equipment. The courtyard looks like something out of a movie. The people are friendly. The entrances are secure with your own codes. Clicker for the garage. There's even a huge yoga room.. Utility's are energy friendly and I couldn't ask for a better spot to be. DOWNTOWN LAKE CHARLES IS SO FUN."

"I have lived at Erdace for two years. It is very nice, quiet, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Erdace is more like a resort than an apartment complex. The staff is nice and very helpful. I very rarely see my neighbors, and the parking garage is a great perk. The building has a security system, which requires the tenant’s personal code to access the building from all entrances. Erdace is the place to be, regardless if one wants quiet, or to live in the epicenter of Lake Charles’ culture and entertainment. I love living here!"
