"Do not rent from this company my husband and I wanted to rent their Common St. apartments for our daughters while they attend MSU this year. We went by to check out the property first and the whole entire top floor around back smelled of weed (very strong) we complained to them about it telling them exactly where and they did nothing. We went back hoping it was addressed and it was still going on. One of the tenants there told us they have been complaining for awhile and they do nothing. Amber told us it was addressed but clearly it wasn’t. They allow these things to go on and they are not supposed to allow smoking especially weed inside units. They will only take your money and not address concerns of tenants or potential tenants. We were really not happy about this, because it was a perfect location in walking distance for our girls."
