"I received a call from my sister who lives in D.C. about the poor quality of the apartment staff in particular to a female named RI'Chard Truman. We have a elderly uncle who lives there on oxygen among other health issues. His apartment is infested with bed bugs. He paid $500 to treat the infestation however the bed bugs still live there in his apartment. My uncle has a water leak right now at the time of writing this but no one has responded or came to fix either of these issues as of date. My sister and uncle called the apartment complex today only to be met with disrespectful, rude and unprofessionalism by Ms. RI'Chard Truman. She was talking over my uncle while my uncle was having a hard time breathing. You are on NOTICE! Fix these issues within the next 24 hrs. Otherwise the family will have no choice but to take further action."

"I have been in the vistas for 9 years this is the place to be. They have accomidated me and and the managers that had come thru has been wonderful. The senior side which is the havens has been amazing they allowed me to move my father in and he is content. Our property is amazing come check us out tell them i sent u and u will be pleased."

"I like the apartments here at the Haven. Their apts are well built and secure though they're is no security systems but you can receive a parcel outside your door and it will be there when you arrive. The apt have crown molding in the living area and dark colored cabinets in the kitchen that I love. They are luxury apts for 50 and over. Pets allowed."

"This apartment complex offers two different facilities at same location. One facility is designed for families, with living accommodations on 4 floors. The other is for seniors, 55 years of age and above. This facility offers single level buildings only. Both apartment complexes have pools, fitness centers, business centers with computers, printers and copy service. The grounds are well kept, gated for residents safety and location close to shopping, restaurants and medical services."
