"This was called The Chuck festival in downtown like Charles. The bands were really good the food was excellent and the vendors arts and crafts were one of a kind. There was a pub crawl and you could taste a lot of different beer And other drinks. It was really a great place to go there was also things for kids to do. Great place to visit near the beach and the civic center. I'll be there again next year!"

"Since day 1, this place has been hands down, the ABSOLUTE best place I have EVER lived. With around 1-1/2 yrs of me being here, I haven’t seen a SINGLE roach or bug, & I Never hear anything from downtown or the hallway.I am beyond impressed. With everything from 12’ ceilings, to exposed galvanized piping, gorgeous natural cherry red cabinetry, & original historic rafters strewn across each apartment, each space here is incredibly nice. The management staff are beyond words, awesome, nice, friendly, helpful, & professional people. They are always on top of ANYTHING you may need during your stay here. They consistently go above & beyond their duty every time. I also could not believe how affordable they are here, either. Pretty hard to believe, but they are the absolute best deal I found throughout the entire city of Lake Charles. I just renewed my rent, & they didn’t raise it one bit. I honestly haven’t the slightest clue as to why anyone would ever have had a bad stay here, unless they kept their place an absolute trashy mess. Let Mullers Lofts be your next dream residence to stay, as I promise you won’t regret it!!!"

"I have lived here for almost two years and love it! Place is great, it’s in an awesome location and you can’t beat price. Never had any issues that the property managers didn’t fix immediately. The managers keep the place in great condition and all the common areas really clean. It’s a really quiet location to live and you can walk to some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Everyone in the builidng is extremely friendly and welcoming. It is such a unique place to live, cool cement floors, different stlyles of brick in my apartment, I live on the third floor and have an amazing view of the fireworks for 4th of July and the Mardi Gras parade. I’m really going to miss this place."

"Ive lived here for many years (almost 5 or so). Its a great building and quite efficient on the energy bills. The current property managers are very eager to make it a wonderful experience and I value that very much... as far as the pricing, you will be hard pressed to find anything that is comparable in Lake Charles and the comparable will have paper thin walls, etc. Very open floor plans which I love. I see people have reviewed about there being a roach problem or something like that... I literally seen maybe 2 in my entire stay here so rest assured, you will be in a clean environment. Ive also lived in 3 units just trying out different scenery when my lease periods ran out because they are all unique and have different advantages. This is a great spot!"

"This place is awesome. Don't let the other reviews fool you, this is the best spot in town if you enjoy or live in the downtown area. Apartments are cool and a great price for the location and size. Strong old building, so you save on power. It's a win win win. For the other "roach" comments, its south west Louisiana, they are everywhere, I'm a nocturnal clean freak and haven't seen one in my place, plus they get exterminators every 3 months. Awesome management too."
