Karl helped me with each step to get the apartment; he took the stress out of apartment hunting. My apartment is the perfect size for my needs, has beautiful finishes, and affordable. The grounds are carefully maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Quiet community, 24-hour gym with WORKING EQUIPMENT, and it's a vibe to be able to sit out by the water fountain by the pond."
