"I lived at Mason Estates for 2 years. It’s really an awesome experience! The staff is wonderful. Maintenance responds right away and very fast. They really do aim to get solutions for the resident. Re’gan and Billy are the pillars of that apartment complex. Everything and everyone is so friendly and it is a very quiet area that is gated. They have lawn maintenance 2-3 a month, so everything is always so fresh and clean looking. If you are a working class individual and enjoy peace and quiet, this is the location for you! Also, it’s very close to everything and in a great neighborhood. Thank you to Re’gan and Billy for the ultimate experience and stay at Mason Estates! Sincerely, Building 6 Resident"

Re’gan, the property manager is very down to earth and caring.The staff is very nice and helpful and the maintenance crew gets things done quickly! Area is great for military members! "I have only lived at the place 5 weeks, but it has been excellent. the managers are friendly and very quick to resolve any problems. The place is well kept and safe. a working gate. no excessive loudness. the apartments do resonate sound unless you put in furniture. Well appointed apartments and very reasonable with the price. I would recommend the Mason apartments as a premier place to stay."
