"The Patels always have attitudes and nasty vibes. No matter what I've right to make sure I get my deposit back it never works out. This time they took my deposit right after Ms. Patel looked at me and said I was sure to get it. Still haven't got it. I booked and paid on two occasions where they cancelled it and kept my money. I made sure to take a video of how I lefted it and guess what they still took 116.00 from me. I am not the only one they have done it to. I want my money back!!"

"Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and dog. There is lots of room to walk your dogs. The rooms are clean. The overnight lady tammy is super sweet and helpful which made the stay so much better. I would come back and stay here again for sure. Thank you Tammy for making the stay perfect for us!"

"Stayed there and the music was very loud . Clerk refused to do anything. I had to call police and complain. At 230 am the music stopped. They have not refunded the deposit yet . Filed a complaint with corporate. Offer was points for my next stay. Refused the points . I want my deposit returned . As for the room it was clean and a good value. It's been 4 weeks now and still have not received my deposit back . If you stay there don't plan on getting any sleep."

"The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The check in staff was nice. In the morning I went to drop off my keys and that was awkward, she kept asking questions instead of listening to my answers. I was also put in a room very far from the parking spots. The place was nearly empty, why put me in such an inconvenient space?"
