"The low rating is due to the poor customer service at the front desk. The dayshift was rude and unhelpful. It was hard to find the night shift because they were sleeping on the couch in the lobby. The fitness room never had workout towels, which caused me to ask the front desk for towels daily. If you are an IHG One Rewards Member, go somewhere else!"

"We stayed here for 3 days in January 2024. Our first night, the room was not that clean with a musty smell. My wife used up our wipes for the plane to wipe everything down. A bad rain storm that first night confirmed a bad leak in the window which explains the misty smell. The staff was very nice and moved our room. That new room was much cleaner; however, the entire hotel needs a deep clean. The fitness area was disgusting, the bathrooms by the lobby were gross, and the furniture around the lobby is all stained. Again, the staff was very friendly and accommodating which is why I have that section 4 stars."

"This was our first time staying here and we were impressed! Every employee we came in contact with was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and the server was nice. And there were employees cleaning everywhere! We definitely plan on returning!"

"Honestly such a great experience! Staff was so welcoming, our room was cozy and super clean. The linens were so soft and the bed was comfortable after such a long road trip. I wish all hotels were like this. Then in the morning, breakfast was just what we needed. They include hot breakfast and it was perfect for us to eat and continue our road trip. It was such a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again if I had the option!"

"Cockroach found about 3 inches in length in shower. The lady at the front desk was reasonably helpful, although did not apologize on behalf of the company or appear shocked at all, which I found a bit frustrating; I think it might be autism but she says she doesn't hear too good. I suggested that they should get it looked at in the morning (the cockroach issue) and she agreed. There was also a sound in the ceiling that sounded like beads falling and bouncing on the ceiling and also circulating through the pipes; different sounds at the same time; lasted about 5-10 minutes, then intermittent dripping noises like that of water still remained. Now in my new room, the thermostat is not wired properly: the off position gives AC, the off button is switched to the heating and the cooling is switched to the heating. Also, the neighboring room is blasting the TV pretty loudly. P.S. now writing in the morning on the third room: if I want to nitpick, the bathroom floor of the first room was sticky (I thought it was just my slippers at first but thinking back it was both my shoes and boots), water stains on the toilet rim that seemed imbedded into it, soapy or slippery residue on door handle and kleenex outer box, and the kleenex of the third room has turned yellow now that I am at the bottom of it lol, the windows could use some quick lubrication too they take some bloody efforts to open, the blinds needs you to pull on this cable which is also sticky. This morning while passing by that second room, the tv was still playing at that neighbor's place. Did someone pass out in there? Lol."
