White Oak and Orchard Apartments 4850 Shed Road, Bossier City, LA 71111

"We was promised a 3 bed apartment at the end of July so we did the application fee and gave them our deposit at once’s in a money order and we was trying too call and go up there but nobody never in office and they never answer the phone we kept trying it’s 2 mouths later and we finally got someone in office now they can’t find our money order or anything this is the worst experience of my suppose to be first apartment and a waste of 3 hundred sum dollars we might not get back"

"If you have housing I do not recommend for you move over here. I almost lost mines do to them not fixing anything after inspection. An they never keep a landlord long enough an they promise you all kinda things but don’t fix nothing. I stayed in apartment 282 it was quiet an they will be some good apartments if they fix things."

"I have been here for 4 or 5 years and I have loved it here it's had its share of managers but from my better judgment I feel that it has the best one yet right now they all have assured me that some things that I need done inside my apartment will get done and so far it hasn't happened yet I really feel that the reason why it hasn't now is because of the pandemic otherwise I really think that it would be done by now I'm still in need of some of those things before and some now other than that it's a great place to live"

"I've been in White Oak almost 3 years and I love it. They just go through so many landlords over here that say they are going to fix stuff and add things and they don't. But over all its quiet and I have no problems."
