"Lots cracks in the walls and ceilings when complaining about them for a year. Have black mold on the ceiling and never properly fixed after they came and fixed the roof 1 time before. The landlord does not come by to fix things. Have to hound him for 3 plus months just to get him to come look things and never comes and fixes it."
"My friend lives here and has issues with trying to get management to come handle things thats broke or needs to be looked at. Especially trying to get the owner to call back or even to get the owner to answer the phone is hard, he never answers or calls back."
"Nice, quiet place with friendly neighbors that pretty much stick to themselves for the most part. If you are single, the efficiency or one bedroom apartment is ideal for you. They also have larger apartments available with two bedrooms."
