"Under new management and is fantastic. Place has really turn around and looks very well kept then when I first moved it. Very tight community and fast communication from management. Can’t wait for the up coming months, we gonna have foot trucks!"

"They don’t like to fix things in the apartment. It takes 3 weeks for them to fix my air conditioner, when it needs to be replaced. My sister roof fall in on her and it took them 2 weeks to even attempt to fix that, and they sill not through, they refused to move her while they fix it, this apartment complex is trash. And the manger is rude, and complain about fixing stuff that’s not on the tennet to fix. I would not suggest these apartments for my worst enemy, until the manager is gone. She needs to be released of her duty!!!!"

"I have lived in the North side for 9 months now. Its a great complex, new management and features are good quality. Maintenance is usually up to speed with requests. Monthly rent is affordable and they offer in-person/online payment options. 9/10 would release from here."
