"Honestly the apartments themselfs are ok...not 615$ for a one bedroom OK.... but they are ok. Besides that the drive way is riddled with potholes, that they tried to cover up however a 2 year old with playdough could have done a better job. Also you better hope its not hot outside bacuse turning the ac below 71° is a cardinal sin and will break the ac everytime, flooding your floor with water. Then when you call for maintenance no one answers.... so be prepared to walk to the office and request someone come and fix it. Ohh and you better hope your neighbors are quiet beacuse the manager could honestly careless about the people staying in the apartments but instead hes only worried about his own pocket. The owner of the complex must be kept in the dark or perhaps the manager is sweeping it under the rug beacuse my complaints of to much noise mean nothing to him. Be very careful about this place they ask you apon interview if your quiet but honestly you could be your own one man band. They wouldn't care who you disrupted nor do they care about who you're disrupting."

"Great location, affordable pricing when comparing with other apartments of comparable size and features. The manager and all the staff current and past are outstanding, responding to the tenants needs quickly in terms of emergency repairs for example, 24/7. All of the current staff are very well trained, professional and courteous. I have lived here for five years and have never been more satisfied than I am now. The current manager is far and away, just the best! Hope she stays for the foreseeable future, with dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction, she fairly handles any issues which might arise. Nice place to live, indeed."
