"Construction/ Remodeling the 3rd floor. Area not properly blocked off. Crushed sheetrock on floor as you get off the elevator. Hallway smells like strong chemicals, glue, paint, etc... The room did not smell bad until the following morning. Very ashamed of this hotel for allowing guest to stay on that floor."

"Constant door slamming, front clerk that rarely answers the phone and could care less, children running up and down the halls unattended. If your looking for a hotel to relax and enjoy the evening. Maybe look some where else, you wont find it here. 4 December 2023 at 5:40 PM"

"Management was very responsive. I asked for a little help with the TV. They followed me to the room and took care of it quickly. My kids were ready for bed . We only watch TV at bedtime."

"Great hotel, great location! Many food options and retail stores nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable. They had a microwave and a dorm sized refrigerator. Our room had a nice view over looking the river. The free breakfast in the morning had many choices and was delicious."
