Dollar Tree 5700 Johnston Street, Lafayette, LA 70503

"I love dollar tree, but today, I really want to give 5 stars to one of the employees. Her name was Ma’dea. I’m probably totally butchering the spelling on that, but she was very helpful and friendly. I was probably an annoying customer today but she was very patient and helped me with everything I needed. Something in my basket was spilling and she helped me figure out what. I also wanted everything bagged a certain way. A++ to her and the hiring staff because I usually don’t get that kind of service at these sorts of places."

"I will also stop coming to this location when ppl don't enjoy there jobs get another one customer service is not your field standing at the register when asked to get checked out the lady rolled her eyes and continued to stock tge shelves then when I went to walk out with the products bc I know that would catch their attention they refuse to check me out I don't steal today ..because I am a changed person thank God for them bc I wanted to do alot more"

"Friendly staff that continues to work hard. I think sometimes the a/c either overworks or might be out as sometimes the door is open. This dollar tree does a great job of staying organized and neat. When new things come in they occasionally have boxes out, but I have seen that they are prompt in unloading and displaying."

"I really love the Dollar Tree. They always have unique products such as beautiful ceramic bowls. I also enjoy allowing my daughter to pick out toys for a great price. However, this location was a disaster. I am not one to complain, or even write unfavorable reviews, but this store was crazy. We spent most of our time down the school supply aisle and things were just thrown everywhere. Piles of merchandise sat on the shelves and even on the floor. When we walked in, someone was setting up a seasonal display in the front. This made me think that they may have just been busy, but the mess was far too large to assume that it happened in one day. The employees were awesome, though; Exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the workers even offered to get me a basket (go in for 2 things and walk around with 59 things in your arms). I am hoping that they were just short staffed or overwhelmed."
