"ordered a specific frappe and after waiting for almost 5 minutes got the wrong drink. showed a picture with the instructions on what I wanted and you can tell he just took the whip off and added a little bit of what I wanted. by the time I got it it wasn't even full and was melted and still not like what I showed him. Guy at the window was great but the guy who made it looks like he's running around not knowing what he's doing. $7 for a small melted frappe that still wasn't what I asked for."
"Not a good drive thru experience at 11:48 SM 2/2/2020 , Drawer 1, Reg 1. Horribly slow line, barista serving was way in too deep. Didn't hear order properly so only filled it partially. Had to wait extra time for her to correct her mistake, and realized she had gotten it wrong after we drove away. Don't put an inexperienced rookie on the drive-thru window!"
