"My husband and I went for an afternoon coffee. We ordered our coffee and It took about 10 minutes for them to serve my husband. Another customer was complaining to them about the wait and requested a credit. Instead of continuing to make drinks, they all stopped and started talking and laughing at the customer who wanted the credit. A group of ladies came in about 20 minutes after we had ordered, and they started getting their drinks when I still hadn't received mine. When I stood up and asked, they had no idea what happened and had lost my order. It was made and had no flavor. We were there for roughly 30 minutes for 2 drinks. The current staff there is slow, lazy, entitled, and lacking customer service."
