"Terrible experience. They took much longer than stated on the contract, which I didn't have a problem with. I understand that people can get backed up, but when I was busy with work and could not pick it up the day it was finally ready, I received several rude, nasty calls in one morning telling me that I would be charged $50 a day storage fee if I did not pick up immediately? Bizarre... When I showed up to pick up my cushions, they asked if I had brought cash. It was a $1000 project of which I put 50% down at the time of contract with a debit card. I stated that I did not have cash, just my debit card and they said their credit card machine was broken and I needed to go get cash. When I told them I would need to come back the next day with cash as it was getting close to the time I needed to pick up my children from school, miraculously their credit card machine was working again... The worst customer service experience ever!! When I told him that I was going to make a complaint to the BBB because he has BBB A+ signs on his invoices and on signs hanging on the front of his store, he said, "go ahead, you can't prove anything.""

"Horrible customer service. Extremely rude! They come across as nice at first when they're trying to get your business, but once you've signed the "contract" for work, they completely change, become horrible, rude, nasty people and won't let you break the contract and just take your items (even if they haven't even started work) without paying the full amount."
