"Needed 2 chairs/ottoman re-upholstered. On recommendation of fabric store where we bought the fabric we went with Jesse & Son. BIG mistake. A nice man picked up furniture mid- January and promised delivery mid-March. Three and a half months and several phone calls and every excuse in the book he delivered the "finished product" on May 1st. Totally unacceptable. The "upholstery" is little more than a feeble attempt at slip covers. Puckered, erratic stitching, asymmetrical lines, you name it. I gave this a 1 star rate because I could not give zero stars. An expensive lesson. AWFUL!"
