"Horrible customer service, came in to trade a $4000 mattress that I am unhappy with and was told about all the hidden fees that were never communicated during the sales process while being treated like a criminal the whole time. Turns out it's going to cost you $500 (in addition to the $4000 already spent) to exchange a mattress that causes you pain. The worst customer service experience I've ever had at a retail store. Zero effort by the staff at this location of standing by a product, honoring the original sales promise,or correcting the situation. Will never do business with mattress firm again as a result of this experience."
