Even though I am just a one-person buyer (not buying office equipment for a big team), they provided excellent service throughout the buying process, including an in-person demo at their office where I got to sit on about a dozen chairs, and two loaner chairs to bring home with me - the Steelcase Leap v2 and Gesture - for a two week trial of each to see if they were the right fit.
