"I cannot rate this location on its staff because I never got to go inside! My issue is with appointment scheduling and the lack of communication. I showed up as a walk-in on Thursday around noon and i found that the door was locked. Prior to my visit, i had verified the office hours for this location via the website and telephone recording, and there was no mention of closing for lunch; Office hours posted on the door also made no mention of a lunchtime closing. With no other explanation for the facility's closure, i assumed the location routinely closed for lunch. I tried to confirm this by calling the office. I left 2 voice messages, but no one has ever returned my calls. Despite my better judgment, I made an after -lunch appointment for the following day. When I arrived for my 1:30 appointment appointment on Friday, I found the door was again locked, but this time there was a note stating that the location was Temporarily Closed. Since LabCorp had my contact information (both email and text), I do not understand why I was not contacted about the status of my appointment....better yet, I do not understand why I was even allowed to make an appointment at a closed location! Why wasn't there a note when the facility decided to close on Thursday? Definitely poor management at this location."
"Some may take the lady I normally see as rude. I don't because she has always took care of what I needed in a professional fashion. I've been there with others and they have said the same. I never have to worry about being a pen cushion like with others. That alone gets her 4 stars. The 5th star is for taking care of business."
"I prefer this lab for myself and my toddler. We are always in and out quick with zero issues. The ladies I have dealt with are plenty nice. I’ve read many reviews that say their experiences were rude..They are not overly nice, but I like that as well."
"The lady doing the blood work is wonderful. I had an experience with the other lady. It was at 8:00 am. I went in for routine bloodwork ordered by my doctor, also a urine sample. I accidentally spilled the urine, and cleaned it up. THEN the toilet overflowed, and I plunged it to stop. I told the lady doing paperwork for someone else, and she was SO put out by me! She was rude and disrespectful, and I will never go back here because of her! I was humiliated! I didn't say anything to her after her rudeness, I just left."
"DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE FOR TESTING. We had a horrible experience. They are not properly trained for infant, toddlers, and children. This nurse couldn’t find my baby’s vein FOR NOTHING. She just kept poking and poking and moving the needle around non stop all while my baby is screaming to the top of his lungs. I finally had enough and said we are done, yanked my baby up and got out of there. Hard lesson learned here. Take your baby to the children’s hospital in Beaumont."
