"Room was large, full size fridge, bed was comfortable. A/C unit wasn't that great. The unit looked like someone took a sledgehammer to it. Temperature was just bearable for sleeping. I like the room really cold when I sleep and this unit just didn't perform. I will be staying somewhere else next time I am in town."

"The manager definitely isn't young lady that my husband and myself have delt with the past couple of years. The girl they have now I believe she said her name was lysette; is very rude and confrontational with not just myself but the one night my husband and I stayed there we saw it with some of her employees and other guest. We will not be staying in an environment where we have to see hotel staff insult and be rude to people. The manager that was here before was great I can't remember her name but she was so sweet. You will not be having business from us or our company this year and we usually get about 15 rooms for 68 days plus. We are going to let the other companies we share plant work with as well not to stay here because the new manager is rude and unprofessional. How may we contact the previous manager to find out where she is to get info on where to stay"

"Staff was nice the first two days. One even cooked us sausage so sweet of her. Room smelled had to have air freshners and keep it freezing. Rooms couch had white stuff all over it may have been mildew. Carpet stained. Carpet in second floor hallway need changed. No iron or iron board."

"DONT STAY HERE! They are rats and thieves and the front clerk cares nothing about customer service. Room TV didn’t work, they didn’t care to fix it.Also, I paid for an extra night at about 4:00 am. Later that day I had to leave due to an emergency and called them at about 9:00 am and told them I needed a refund and the woman I spoke with said only her supervisor was allowed to issue refunds but the supervisor wouldn’t be in until the following day. I call the next day and the same woman tried to give me the runaround and first tries to tell me that I need to go through hotels.com since I went through them for the first night and I told her I paid cash for the second night that I didn’t stay so I needed a cash refund. Second, she says her supervisor would have to approve. I asked to talk to the supervisor again and she said no one was available but she would have them call me. Never heard back from any one. They can care less. They Stole my money! Horrible customer service!!"

"The towels had hair on them. It's only 2 pillows on the king size bed. Nobody had a mask on. I pray I don't have covid now. And I went down for breakfast at 5am, and the Breakfast was only cereal, and a Waffle. Other then that, the room was clean and nice."
