"We stayed here over the weekend & were very disappointed!! Indoor Pool & Hot tub were 2 big reasons for staying!! But it was so miserably hot I could barely breath & Hot tub/jacuzzi was broken!!! I could deal with the noise from interstate & train right out our window but some may need ear plugs!! It clearly states on the mirror in the restroom that no one would enter our room until the 3rd day but they did & removed clean wash clothes & towels without replacing them!! When asking one of the ladies in the hall, she spoke so little English that she had no clue what we were talking about. And they put 2 $25 incidental charges on our account, 1 has come off but the second has not!! Also they could not give a receipt because they were out of ink!!! Not very professional in my opinion!!"

"Advertised indoor pool and jacuzzi. Pool room was 90 degrees + and jacuzzi was not working. No explanations. Was told room service was on request on less than 3 day stay. Used towels and wash cloths were removed without being replaced. When housekeeping staff was asked about this the person did not speak English and could not help. No answer upon calling front desk. At checkout, asked for a receipt and was told that one could not be printed and that the booking company would have to email one! Their printer was out of ink! Room was comfortable enough but customer service was practically non-existent. Overall would not recommend this hotel if you have another option."

"Attractive room, clean and well-mannered. Quiet, except when the adjacent interstate, train or USAF created loud noise through the night. There was a mercury vapor light just outside my room window, which could not be completely blocked. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Good job!"

"I'm here regularly because it's right next to the Shriners Hospital. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they offer an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center and guest laundry. Highly recommend"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Was in town for the thanksgiving holidays. Decided to stay at this location due to it being close by family. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. The first night my vehicle was severely vandalized along with 7 other vehicles!!! I was told by a current employee that this type of criminal behavior had just happened to 2 vehicles on property that Monday the week of thanksgiving. That information fell in line with booking which meant that the property is aware of the criminal activity that takes place on property and they are refusing to make potential guests aware. Was told by the front desk clerk named either Brittany or Tiffany that there was a police report filed a refund would be issued. The police report was filed but she lied about a refund. This property has displayed such irreparable negligence that has cost me over $1k in repairs to my vehicle. The property has also changed their stories about what happened on property that night and stated there is a “Do not park on the side parking lot of the hotel because they aren’t liable” keep in mind there was no sign. And why would a property not allow you to park within their parking lot? It’s because they know that cars will be damaged! I am completely and utterly disgusted with this property and the employees that aided in the lies in refusing to provide a full and complete refund. They are also refusing to provide any sort of compensation whatsoever."
