"The stylist Echo was very patient , informative , and kind. My son is wheelchair bound and she never once made him feel different. She gave him a cut suiting for a 13 year old."
"I wish that you guys had a vanilla shampoo and other vanilla scented hair products. I currently order mine online. My hairstylist, Echo, is superb. She has an excellent attention to detail, smooth cutting style, and always wears a smile. I can tell that she is happy to see me when I walk in the door and she makes great small talk which makes the experience so much better. She always offers your products, double checks for loose hairs, and remembers that I like a hot towel for my wash. So perfect!"
"Charged extra for no reason 40 bucks for a haircut don’t make any since and messed all my head up. Only place that was open next time I’m just waiting didn’t even get the mvp service just a regular haircut"
"Stylist left after starting to cut another clients hair with her razor & scissors and then came back to work on my son again. I had to insist that she disinfect the tools 1st. Violation of health code here. Also it took a very long time to get a haircut. $30 is way too much for haircuts here. After the hair was washed areas stuck up unevenly all over. She kept spraying it with water in chair so it looked smooth, but it was scissor chopped up when it dried."
"Not going to lie, I’m really not sure how this place is operational. I came down to work out of town and had off early and figured I’d get a haircut because it was about time. I asked for a finger length off the top and just grabbed clippers and went to town. If you don’t grab scissors after being told finger length, you probably have no clue what you’re doing. It was too late to stop because the damage had already been done. Then at the end I’m charged 30$ for the MVP. All I got was clippers on top, which I could have done myself. So I mentioned there’s no way that’s an MVP and was told that’s all they charge now. I know that’s a lie because I just got one where I actually live 2 weeks prior and wasn’t charged that. Definitely would never go back for a haircut I literally can do myself and not have to spend 30$! Absolute ridiculous."
