"The store needs more workers & more help . Busy location , People we’re forced to wait 1-2 hours just for balloons to be blown up . that’s ridiculous . I feel sorry for some of the current workers. They did offer delivery option , but the party was out of town. Took my business else where & was in & out quickly . not to mention the cash register team that day was moving to their own beat instead of the crowd if they move a little faster instead of holding long conversations things would go quicker & smoother."

"Employees were very rude. I have a curbside order, no one ever came out so I went in. I wasn’t greeted as I went to the area for pickup. Someone was right there, she looked at me and walked off, refusing to help me. A young man helped me that was after I had to ask for my order. He never looked at me just grabbed the bag and placed it on the counter. Would not recommend this location. Very rude employees. Do better with customer service!"
