"The produce here is disgusting. Went in for some apples and you literally have to dig through all of them to find good ones. I'm not saying I don't go to other store and theirs are perfect but I literally saw 2 different rotting apples and that does NOT happen overnight. Rotting grapes, moldy strawberries, moldy grape tomatoes. This is literally the nastiest produce I've ever seen. I ended up not even getting anything. I'm not going to completely complain about everything because the meat department was great with their service and was quick to give me my salmon. Self checkout was quick and easy but overall the produce really brought my desire to return to this store down to almost a 0."

"Went to get a cake for Saturday and after ordering the entire thing person then tells me I have to pre-pay. First off, tell people this BEFORE they order. I don’t have an issue prepaying, however, if the cake is wrong, then I have to get a refund which takes forever. However, no problem. Go to pay for it, and their machine for tap pay will not work. Cashier was nice but the other person who helped her was not. Ended up telling them to forget it, and canceled cake order. Bakery was also NOT friendly. Will happily take money to a better bakery or even a store. Learn some customer service and have machines that work."

"The store was not busy. Shelves well stocked, and spaces being filled as I was shopping. Prices have really gone up. I finally get to the check out area and line up. My mature pi k haired cashier was not impressed with my very full cart. She huffed and eye rolled as she started to scan each item. As I was putting the filled bags back into my cart she continued to groan. Finally she scanned the last item and declares. I survived!!! She never gave me the total. I put my phone number in the machine to claim my discount to which she eye rolled again. Blurts out. Wow you saved $76. I said but I had to spend $400 to get it, all the while the cashier, who is getting paid, complained. She just blankly stared at me like she was waiting for a tip. I paid and walked out. I won't return to that location. I'm sorry you hate your job. I say quit. The young man in the parking lot who was collecting carts saw me and asked to help me load my groceries. Best part of this experience. Albertsons. You need to do better."

"Nice, open, and welcoming market space. Great selection of fresh produce and groceries, and a decent offering of made-in-house sushi at a good price. Easy access with an appropriately-sized parking lot serving several annexes in a strip mall style shopping experience. This Albertsons location has several adjacent dining venues just a few steps away down the concourse - notably Asian Palace Buffet, Saigon Noodles, and a Wingstop. This location also houses the only Little Caesars Pizza in central Lafayette, the next closest one is 6 miles away on Willow Street."

"I love Albertsons. This store specifically is great! I use the just 4 u app to get so many good offers. The entire store is in pristine condition and very well managed. It's even worth the drive to that Albertsons even if it's further than the other one. Most of all the labels of the products are right in the front so you can see what they are. Someone is doing a really good job and I commend them for that. I love this place."
