"I went to this store about two weeks ago. The girl that helped us was super sweet but I don’t think she knew what she was doing. They didn’t have the exact color I wanted so she said we could order them. I was totally down for that considering I really wanted them. Also, since we were ordering them, I wanted them in kids so that it’s a little cheaper. She said she could definitely do that. Okay cool. Well, two weeks later I received them. Not in kids and the completely wrong color. We even had a different shoe of the same brand that SAID THE COLOR ON IT and she still got it wrong. I understand mistakes happen but come on. I waited so long for these, now I have to drive an hour & a half to return them to a different store and just order it online myself. Customer service was great but they need more training on ordering or something for sure."

"T-Henny was my salesman and he was hilarious. My foot was too big for what was in stock so he had them shipped to me. Introduced me to Crep too...great investment! I just didn't like that the store was so small"

"I love journeys but I will never step foot in this particular store again. I bought a pair of shoes and when I got home realized I was given 8 instead of 8.5. I forgot to keep them in the car to return them but while in town the next day I bought a new pair. This time one shoe was an 8 and the other as an 8.5. The next day I go back and they exchange the lonely 8 with 8.5. Now today I brought the first pair of 8s to return and the manager Caitlyn was very rude with me saying she wouldn’t return them because I wore them. There’s no way I wore them because they didn’t fit. She was the rudest employee I’ve ever witnessed and yet she was the manager. Now I have a gift card that I’ll probably have to sell to a relative."
