"I got my eyebrows threaded and my skin was cut in two places. It was done by black lady and I told her that you cut my skin but she says nothing not even a sorry and again I told indian lady that she cut my skin its burning and she replied just a little bit is cut put some aloe vera gel very rude people and unprofessional work never going back."
"Today would be zero stars but because I have to give one it would go to the owner who fixed up my problem. There are two women, a Indian lady and a black lady. I usually let the Indian woman do my eyebrows because she’s the one who originally does my them. I’ve seen the black woman a couple times but she is usually sitting down on her phone. I’m assuming the black woman is just a cosmetic student trying to get experience or some sort of internship. Today I brought my mother with me to get both of our brows done by the Indian lady. However I was taken by surprise when the Indian lady had my mother sit in her chair and I sit in the opposite chair so the black woman can do my brows . My mother saw the hesitation in my face and told the Indian woman that I wanted my eyebrows done by her. But then the Indian woman told her “ she does a good job”. So by hearing that, I trusted her word and sat in the chair. As I sat in the chair and allowed the black woman to thread my eyebrows, I felt very uncomfortable, and also felt a lot of my eyebrows taken. I hate to compare, but usually when the Indian woman does my eyebrows, I don’t feel this sort of discomfort so I knew something was off. In addition to that, the Indian women that usually does my eyebrows, she cleans them up and shape not chop them off and thin them out. Long story short, at the end of the threading I was handed the mirror and I looked at my eyebrows. The black woman then asked me do I like my brows. I said yes, and I left to avoid confrontation. When I exit the store and look at a bigger mirror with better lighting, I saw all of her mistakes and turned back around and told her my disappointment with my eyebrows. She offered to fill them in, but no actual resolution. If I come to get my eyebrows arch, I don’t want them filled in. That’s not the service I asked for. As a customer. I was very disappointed in the lack of remorse of her response. She did not seem sorry not one bit. I get that there was nothing she could do But she could at least say sorry. It’s almost like she shrugged her shoulders and just went back on her phone. So I asked for the Indian lady to fix her mistake because I knew she was more experience and I trust her. She sat me down back in the chair and worked her magic. I felt a little bit better than before. So all in all DO NOT let the black women do your eyebrows no offense to her. I’m sure she will get better but I think she needs more practice. She was not rude but she just needs practice and work on her customer service skills."
"I’ve been coming to this place since they were charging $10 to get your brows threaded(current price $15). Throughout the years, I’d bounce between Lily and the Indian lady. The latter has always struggled with consistently providing good quality work, neatness, and shaping my brows evenly. Normally, I would chuck it up to human error and wait it out to let my brows grow back in. However, after she removed the majority of one of my eyebrows, PLUS shaped it higher than my other one, I will not be using this place again!!!!"
"Wow!! My first time patronizing this business and I’ll definitely be returning!! My eyebrows were perfect!! Little to no wait. Price was great also. I’ll definitely be returning!! Before and after pics are attached!"
"So this is a brow place inside a mall. Not bad for $13. But nothing spectacular either. I walked in on my lunch break. Another lady was having her eyebrows and chin threaded. Only about a 5 minute wait. Not bad at all. Only 1 person working.. which is totally understandable for a Monday at noon. My eyebrows have always had a very defined sharp angle. That's how I have them shaped. The threading today, she totally changes the shape of my brows to an arch. I still tilled her $5 because that's just my way and they look good. Then she told me my brows were different shapes... isn't that their job to make them the same shape? Oh well. 18 bucks for 5 minutes and she made out well. 18 bucks and at least my eyebrows look decent to go home for the holidays."
