"Absolutely horrendous! Pedicure - water not hot, not circulated either. Massage was non-existent, excessive oil at the end. Manicure - water not warm, gel taken off aggressively so natural nails are dangerously thin, polish not to edges of nails. The daughter was nice, but when I said I was not happy with the polish, the mother went nuclear and got really ugly with me. I WILL NOT BE TREATED THAT WAY. Walked out with an incomplete manicure. Will not return!!!"
