"I've been his customers ever since he was working in other salon. Since not much Asian barber around the town he is my only option. Back then I can feel he put effords on customer experince, and making sure we got the hair we want. And i really happy with the results. I left Lafayette for 3 years and came back again few days ago, and i really needed a haircut. The experince was horrible, i show he what i want, end up getting very random haircut. Nothing like the picture i shown and he finish within 5~10 min. Never ask any more questions during the haircut. Silently cutting and picking up customer phone calls. Cut > finish > pay> sitting and talking to others. Good thing i dont come back to Lafayette very often anymore. And just very upset about the result compare with years ago."
