Rikki Lynn was exceptional; she made this visit painless. Dr. Barone did a final review of my teeth, x-rays and scans to make sure all bases were covered. Great experience. "My first visit at the office was in November 2023 and I’ve never experienced a more informative cleaning than before I came to GNO Dental Care. The hygienist, Rikki Lynn, was patient and talked through everything with me. Dr. Barone was very thorough and kind as well, she is so patient care oriented! I was interested in Invisalign and Magda and Leslie were quick to give me all the details & help with getting started. I’ve enjoyed my visits since and I highly recommend this office to anyone!"

"It took me years to build the courage to leave a public review. But basically I grew up in extreme poverty which led to terrible death as an adult. When I finally was in position to handle it I took the steps to manage my dental care. Unfortunately. One of those first steps I mistakenly took with Shelly Ereth’s office. She demeaned me, embarrassed me and basically made me feel like dirt for having bad teeth. Never mind my history and attempt to start a new dental care journey. After visiting her and being shamed in front of the staff and anyone within earshot. I gave up and lived many more years in shame. I highly recommend not giving this person your money. Dental care is a highly sensitive issue that requires kind and sensitive person. She caused me much more emotional damage and embarrassment than she will ever know or care about. She appears to be mostly superficial and granted, dental cosmetics allows for that to an extent. However she was quite cruel and belittling to me as a person bad teeth. It breaks my heart topically admit I let her mean girl approach to dental care keep me from pursuing a better life for myself. I hope she reads this and changes her tactless impersonal and insensitive approach, but am very doubtful. I truly hope others see this and take their money and insurance money to someone less obtuse and more kind."
