"Was rescheduled for emergency reasons twice, I have half of 2 wisdom tooth in my mouth waiting to be removed. When asked for reasons of reschedule, the receptionist didn't take very kindly to the question, and never clarified the date when I asked, only hung up the phone.. - Anyone can understand emergencies happen, though if you call someone to reschedule an appointment, it might be important to give them both polite reasoning and an apology for pushing their appointment a month later than the original date. I don't feel entitled, I would just like to be extended the common courtesy that one would expect from a business of this kind. They were cool the first appointment but I was incredibly skeptical as it seemed like they wanted to push a bunch of procedures on me that aren't even the main focus of my health. Whatever. Take for it what you will."

"I would like to recognize Annaley Slater. She provided outstanding service. I am always very anxious going to dentist. She was so calming and most of all patient and kind. Such an amazing hygienist."

"I had appointments as a new patient with Dr Manqi Wang. I was there on time and the front desk person was very professional. My appointment was 1:30pm. They took me for x-ray at 1:40pm and the person was taking my x ray was very professional as well. After that they took me to the room to see my dentist and he told me she will be here in 10 minutes. After 45 minutes waiting in that room I ask one of the girl she work there is she could let me know when will be my doctor to coming to see me because it’s has been hour since they put me in that room. Well she comes back and told me the doctor is busy with another patient and if I want I can reschedule another appointment. Which I found that very rude answer from the doctor to say that and I ask her should I wait for her another 30 minutes if she can finish with the other patient but her answer was it’s up to me because she doesn’t know when she will be finished. Wow that’s so unprofessional and very rude. She didn’t even apologize for keeping me hour in that room and to tell me I can reschedule. I will never recommend Manqi Wang for anyone. Very disappointed."

"Everyone is great , Doctor Byrd is amazing she is a very knowledgeable Doctor! She is really quick , patient and did an amazing job at helping my teeth. The whole staff is great they make you feel at home. At first I was to scared to go to the dentist , but now i found somewhere trust!"
