"Questioning ethics of this place. I was refused a routine cleaning unless I paid over $550 for a special gum treatment. Also I was there 2 hours for a routine cleaning but the cleaning never happened. I left at the 2 hour mark since they would not clean my teeth. It took 2 hours for me to wait for x-rays and then for them to come tell me they required that service. I have never been to a dentist for a routine cleaning that takes over two hours (would have been 3 if i agreed to what they wanted). They have no value of my time which I find incredibly rude."
