They feel comfortable during there visits. They also communicate very well with what's going on with their teeth. This is a great place to start your babies dental journey."

He always asks if I have any questions or concerns and explains the current status and what to expect in the future. Very educational!!!! The staff at the desk are lovely but any of the 3 dentist assistants from today visit were friendly. No a word. They just responded back when I said Good morning. Then it seemed they were not able to talk at all."

From our very first visit we knew Great Big Smiles and Dr. Burns were different than other dental offices we’d gone to. The entire team is caring and patient with my children and somehow maintain the utmost patience even when my boys are resistant or upset. There are not many safe places for children with special needs to be treated with dignity or simply to not be made to feel strange. Great Big Smiles is one of those safe spaces for my children."

"We have positive experiences at Big Great Smiles. My only complaint is that I took my 2 and 4 year old In for teeth cleaning. Both were done with cleaning and x-rays in less than 10 minutes which was awesome however we then spent over 35 minutes waiting to see the dentist. It was hard to keep young kids away from touching things in the open office and keep them from running around. I believe we were the first appts of the day so may have just been backed up from cleanings finishing at Exact same time."
