"I placed an order for 2 subs in app for the BOGO because this was the closest participating location that was open. I had an hour and a half before starting a 10 hour shift with no lunch break and I didn't want to pay for delivery so I was going to have a 6 inch for breakfast and bring a footlong to work with me while saving the last 6 inch for tomorrow. The store was closed, lights off, while the hours showed they should be open. The app had the audacity to tell me my order was complete, and there is no contact number for customer service so I have been waiting to hear back (hopefully) from the contact us section in the app. So to recap, they took my money, told me my food was ready at a store that was not even open, and have made it impossible to get in touch with them to just get them to make it at another open location, so I either have to go without food today or spend way more money getting food delivered which I was intentionally trying to avoid doing"
