"I’ve had problems in the past with this same store, I truly feel everyone employed there including managers need to be taken off the schedules and properly trained on customer service as well as business setting etiquette"

"Pizza incorrect. Manager exceptionally rude. Guy making the pizza was sagging his pants below his butt. Kept pulling them up and they weren't wearing gloves. I asked about this and her response was snappy and rude. This was after I brought my pizza back missing 2 out of 3 ingredients. Then was told they were out of mushrooms. Received a pizza with 4 slices made 2/3 right and the rest was wrong. Terrible experience."

"Manager was asked by the guy on the register for help, he then walked to her and asked for help. He came back to register and said, she will be here in a minute. I stood there watching her talk to another employee laughingly. This went on for a few minutes. Told cashier to cancel my second order, since I wasn't a priority to her and I had already paid for the first order. Don't expect me back when she is working."

"It's good. Ordered delivery for unexpected guests. Had to place a very special order for nephew due to allergies. Everything was accurate and delicious."

"Ordered a pizza with NO sauce, received pizza WITH sauce! The issue isn't the order being wrong, the biggest problem was attempting to call and talk to a manager. I was on hold for 30 minutes, never spoke with a manager and didn't receive a refund. I left my name with a team member in hopes I'd receive either a call or the refund for the pizza..... neither occurred. We order pizza frequently but I believe our time at pizza hut is coming to an abrupt halt. I understand the location gets busy but not issuing the refund OR calling the customer back is not good business practices!"
