"Our excellent server Luke took very good care of us! I could only eat half of the short ribs and garlic mashed and took so much home. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the friendly, helpful, efficient service by our waiter Luke was 5 stars!! Perfect date night!"

"So to start with the positives... The Blackberry Sangera was great and the tiramisu is absolutely brilliant! While the waiter was nice he didn't really listen, but that leads us into the negatives. For a lot of this I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because we were a party of 6, but there are also parts that were 100% on him. We will start with the least to the worst. To start, it took me asking for a water 3 times before I finally got one, my brother in law had to ask for his drink twice, and my father asked for a refill three times throughout the meal and never got one. We asked for more bread and were informed that there would be a charge. The table agreed to pay for the extra bread, but then none was ever brought. Everywhere was dirty. There were whole sections of bread on the floor that the waiter just kicked under another chair instead of picking up. My sister ordered a soup along with a salad, the soup never came and after she asked for it once she forgot due to the other things happening. When it came to my food, it was completely wrong and he refused to admit it. What I ordered was the Filet & Shrimp Toscana, but I didn't want the steak. This is supposed to be a fettuccine with shrimp, mushrooms, and spinach in a garlic sauce. Instead what I got was a shrimp alfredo with no veggies. There is a huge difference between a garlic sauce and an alfredo sauce, but he repeatedly claimed it was the garlic sauce and not the alfredo. Though he finally did agree to at least get me the spinach and mushrooms to add onto the top. He kept trying to bring us our ticket even though we stated multiple times that we wanted desserts. Though, again once we finally got them they were very good. After waiting ten minutes for a manager, we finally gave up and left. Marking it as a place that I'll never walk into again, which is extremely upsetting because it was my recently passed grandma's favorite place to eat."

"We got sat at table unset, no biggie we just had to get up and get our own silverware/napkins when they brought the bread because although they informed us they would bring us some, they never did. They brought child's meal out early, bonus. However, the pasta had hardly any sauce, so we had to request more. My pasta tasted like Alfredo out of a can, but it was still edible. My son said it's the best chicken Ceasar he's ever had. My husband's chicken was heavenly. They never delivered our soup or salad, but the waitress took $5 off our bill. I would give them another shot, but it may take a bit before we return."
