"This is the absolute worst office supply place on earth! I ordered about $480 worth of labeling supplies from them along with a Dymo machine to print the labels on. One was too big for the machine so I went to return it. The guy at the counter knew absolutely nothing about how to return it. Even with the order number in hand. I asked for the manager but he said, “I think he just left.” This is obviously ran by a bunch of Democrats with no clue as how they should conduct business! What a joke!"

"Went to OfficeDepot today to order a roll of stickers. There were two associates in the Business services area. However only one associate was available. When I informed the available associate(associate 1) of my need, she informed me that she did not know how to do it, and I would need to speak with the other associate. I then watched associate 1 struggle to print a standard email out and had to ask associate 2 (Cat) what she needed to do. Associate 2 replied "just press print". Even after receiving those very simple instructions, it still took associate 1 about 7 minutes to print an email. My question is, why is associate 1 working in this particular area if she does not have simple background knowledge needed to assist customers in this area? Very disappointed."
