"Ordered a shower base and walls April 24, 2023. When ordering requested in stock items due to the turnaround of the product. Today May 26,2023 we still do not have the shower kit. Ordered everything from the Bossier City LA location."

"July 2020 we built our home and bought all appliances and plumbing from Coburn’s in Bossier City, LA . Not totally satisfied with the service but we believe in buying local. August 2021 ordered a stand alone ice machine to match our other appliances in Kitchen. Put deposit down and they gave us a delivery date in September. The sales person told my husband in late September that it was looking like it would be here the first week in October. When we didn’t receive by mid October we called to check on it and was told that it hasn’t shipped and it would be January before it would be shipped. I told husband we asked for refund and order the same model number, same machine, same price except we were ordering extra filters and hoses from Coburn’s. Well October 25th ordered from Home Depot in Shreveport and received our ice machine November 3rd. Ordered filters from Amazon. The Bossier manager will not return my calls and she doesn’t know what I am calling about unless she knows they gave us the run around. So if you are not a builder you don’t get service even if your a returning customer."

"Called to place an order for a bathtub that they had at their Longview location. The woman answering the phone stated that she wasn’t sure how to do a phone order and I was told I would receive a call back. I never did. Why would any company have their phones answered by individuals not familiar with their products; especially by someone who does not know how to place an order? So much for doing business with locally owned businesses. Ended up ordering the tub from Lowe’s."
