"I was very surprised on how friendly the employees were, and did not try to push any extras on me. Of course they did ask some questions, but not over bearing."

"Don't expect any knowledgeable customer service here. We know what we are buying. We walk in. Buy it. And maybe look at something we have already been thinking about. We make sure we have exactly what we came for (in the box) before we leave. I don't like to spend any extra valuable time here. I make sure to do my research before I come here"

"Tried to call their location twice and both times I was directed to someone in India, so I couldn't get the help that was needed. I went to return a tablet I had purchased and I had no way of knowing I had to reset the tablet before returning, so we had to plug it up and wait 40 minutes for it to fully be reset, then because the purchase was over $500, apparently I had to go to Geek Squad desk so they could inspect that it was working properly, okay that makes sense, but then I had to wait an extra hour because there was only one person at the desk and they were busy answering nonsensical questions. All this time wasted when I could've been in and out had they answered their own phones."

"This isn’t the first time I have had an issue with this store. I start buying Christmas in the fall, to minimize the large spending in one month. I bought 3 gifts cards THROUGH Best Buy online for gaming devices. Christmas Day came and the children couldn’t use their cards, inactive or cannot redeem errors. I went to Best Buy to get some answers and see if something can be done. No one was at the front door to tell me where to go, I went to what once to be the customer service line to wait. After waiting about 5 mins, I was asked if I had an appointment. I mentioned I was just there to speak to someone about gift cards that aren’t working. He sent me to the front checkout line. I waited in line for another 20 minutes. There were only two people in front of me. Finally get to the register and explain the situation, cashier calls someone on his ear piece and lets them know gift cards are not working. He relays the message (not sure if this was another employee or manager), “You have to call the manufacturer.” I stated again that it’s saying not active so it has to be on Best Buy’s part. He said he can’t do anything, call the manufacturer. I call manufacturers and guess what? They said it’s not them, it wasn’t ever activated by Best Buy. So I call Best Buy (the support number), they apologized for it happening and is giving me a refund. So THANK YOU BEST BUY Bossier City once again for just being lazy employees and not really making an effort to help your customers. It was fault on your end and you didn’t even try to fix the situation, just put it off on someone else. Like I mentioned before, not the first time I have received such lazy/rude service. Bossier City really needs to have more electronic stores."
