"We visit this store on a daily basis...almost EVERY DAY. Before I voice my disappointment, let me say...Jason & the staff are usually very welcoming & helpful :-) Tonight, I came in contact with a young woman that normally doesn't work during the hours my family frequents this location. The first few times that I had been checked out by her or asked her a simple question, I chalked it up to a bad day or possibly an encounter with a rude customer. However, after her response to what she claimed was a glitch in the stores computer system, we have had enough. Each time we have encountered her, this young lady's attitude toward customers has bordered rude. If she had not treated us like second-class citizens, we probably wouldn't have gone to the trouble of checking to see weither the line she was feeding us was actually true. By the way, as I'm sure you have already guessed, it was not true. I pray that we are wrong...maybe she did have 8 horrible days over the past 3 months."
"This store has seen better days. Shelves are messy and the floors frequently are cleaner in the parking lot than inside the store. The yellowed, flickering florescent lighting is just as inviting as it sounds. Drive further, you aren't missing anything by skipping this store."
"Workers are wonderful there, definitely the best dollar general in bossier. All other ones don't have the same comfortable professional feeling, despite being just a dollar general. Cashiers are very kind and helpful."
