Jack in the Box 5601 College Street, Beaumont, TX 77707

"This is my second time going here. The first time my two fish wraps, two tacos, and one jack wrap were stale. The only thing edible were the tacos. I went here again on 03/04/2024 at 7:50 pm. I pulled in behind a line of three cars. I waited for about 10 minutes at the communication speaker where you order. Finally, I pulled up to the window to let them know their speaker may be out of service. The person taking orders said the speaker is fine. She said "we aren't taking orders, to catch up." I waited at a working speaker for 10 minutes. They could have at least told me that they weren't taking orders instead of making me wait. I should have learned my lesson after the first negative experience. Fool me once shame on you. Twice? My bad."

"The College and Lindbergh store is my go-to location. However, lately it is very hit-or-miss. If the older ladies or the young guys are working — you're probably okay. But if it's the older guys working, check your order. Twice this week I went through the drive thru and my order was missing items — not to mention it took forever and a day to get my order — over 20 minutes and yes, I timed it, while I had to pull around to park. Store was not busy. There was one customer ahead of me — they waited the same amount of time too. The picture is of the "Loaded Breakfast" #24 sandwich...notice anything missing? BACON...(literally the #1 protein in the item) — had the same thing happen three days ago when I ordered the "Ultimate Breakfast" sandwich....how can you forget bacon? I had ordered an additional hash brown, which both had a bit of a metallic taste? Time to change the oil...$11 for the combo and hashbrown total...these are the most recent visits, but this kinda of stuff has been happening more frequently. I visit this location about 2-3 times per month (I usually bring breakfast from home to work). Also they must still be having supply issues, they seem to run out of things — today they did not have regular Coke. On another recent visit they did not have ingredients for shakes or have croissants for sandwiches...."

"I ordered an Extreme Sausage Combo and it was really tasty. My boyfriend ordered a Sourdough Jack combo and it was delicious, specially the curly fries!"

"⚠️1st time & BAD EXPERIENCE! From AL and we've seen so many locations & decided to try it. Pulled up and it looked closed. Ordered the stack burger combo, 4pc chicken strip combo, & sour dough grilled chicken combo. Why did they warm my whole sour dough sandwich. The bread was hard. I didn't have any lettuce and my tomatoes were steaming hot from being warmed in microwave And it wasn't even a full chicken breast. Such a bad experience. I've called 3 times to notify the manager but no answer and the voicemail was full. I would like my money back."

"This is my second back to back bad experience with food at two different locations at Jack in the box in Beaumont Texas I have spoken to regional manager in Houston and Daryl W., He stated that the experience would be rectified nothing has happened and the same thing has happened today the only thing that went right with my food order is that my french fries were hot salty and delicious unlike the other ones mentioned in my first post ,Those would have broken my teeth if I had attempted to eat them them. As stated to Daryl W I have eaten at Jack in the box in different states and cities my entire life , But bad food is not acceptable at any time anywhere."
