"Every time I go in the store it's terrible. They have 2-3 people working at any given time but only one will check you out. Now that they have a self check out they keep the registers closed most of the time to force you to use self check out which would be fine if it worked correctly. Someone else's payment didn't go through so when my husband used it the first time it charged for their stuff too. He went back in and told them they said there is nothing they can do about it. I watched another guy pay for gas and it didn't put it on his pump when he came back in they said because he didn't get his receipt there was nothing they can do and he probably didn't pay for it anyways. If you miss the question about a receipt they informed me that they are unable to print receipts after you pay you have to select that you want a receipt before you pay. Save your sanity and time and go somewhere else."

"I just left the store. I asked the cashier if she knew how much a pack of cigarettes were. She said she didn't so I left it alone. She proceeded to pick up the pack and scan it. I told her I didn't want it and she said she was just checking the price. She then asked me for my ID. I told her it was in my car. More and more customers were coming in and she got louder and proceeded to berate me about not having my ID and how much she has to pay if I don't have it and that others may let me buy but she won't. I had no intention of purchasing cigarettes from there. I just asked a question. After the transaction, I was waiting for the receipt because at this point, I just wanted to get out of there. She got irritated when I asked for the receipt. Her name is Jackie Jones and the transaction is 1454530. The transaction was completed at 7:39am."
