"Our family had a blast. The workers were so nice from when we got there to TJ(I think was his name) that took used plates away. The only complaints were pasta a lil dry and they ran out of dessert after the rush of kids lol. It couldn't be helped and they still apologized. Great service."

"I wouldn't come back to this Cicis. The what I think was the manager was talking really loudly across the restaurant the whole time we were here to one of the employees. Just complaining about how he did his job, about how she was short, her back hurting, how old she was etc. I believe his name was Michael. He seemed embarrassed but was also going back and forth with her. Pasta was cold and when I brought this to her attention instead of offering to put out new one she just talked about how the heating system for the pasta wasn't working. We were here for about an hr and a half with our 3 kids and the whole time they were just going on and on and on with the talking across the restaurant."

"When I tell you the manager and his crew killed it here today is an understatement. Great food, Great service, and Great vibes, they decorated the store for Halloween and the place was clean and orderly. This is something you don’t expect from a Cicis pizza buffet. So come in and enjoy the unexpected!!!! Great Job setting the bar"

"DO NOT EAT HERE! When we came through the door, there was a party being waited on and another party in front of our party. The cashier's personality was upbeat but rude towards the 2nd party and as they're walking away from the counter the cashier says to the gentleman, " we accept cash tips". The gentleman responds, " oh, you're looking at the cash in my wallet". The cashier then pretends to run behind the counter after the man and says, " I'm not too proud to beg for a tip. We've now been here approximately 30 minutes, my two children and I, ande they've only brought out 2- 3 pizzas....this is what the buffet and lobby has looked like since we arrived........"

"12-17-19 dinner. The layout of the location was nice. When you first walk in there were Christmas stuff in the lobby which was also nice to look at. The food was not being put out fast enough and the food taste like there was not much toppings on them also somewhat dry. Consistent with other cc pizza locations. The lady at the front counter taking the money was polite. Overall if you’re just looking for a fill up, quantity over quality this is a location to accomplish that. Overall my experience was not horrible and I would return to this location but it would not be my first choice."
