"I am disappointed in this dominoes here in my town. They always burn my pizza and when you take it back to get them to remake it because not one person would eat it they tell you that the pizza is fine that there is nothing wrong with it. Really and the. Make snide comments about my kid being spoiled and we shouldn't give him his way. If it were their kid etc... I was beyond furious. Needless to say I was in the phone to corporate faster than they got it out of their mouths. :.well they had to not only give a new pizza but they had to reimburse me my money Itoo. Score, next time maybe he won't be a d. to the next young couple that come see you."
"The pizza was okay at best .the driver was friendly. I think they way overcharged us for what we got and I don't think the food was worth what we paid for usually we do not go to Domino's decided to give them another chance and this is what we got so guess I will not be going back to Domino's anytime in the future"
"Ordered pizza delivery - after 45 minutes called to check on - was very matter of a fact told by the manager, Shaun, there was no way he could give a time estimate for delivery. Reason they were back up and only 2 drivers. So I inquired as to how a manger would not be able to determine a time frame and the fact we had already been waiting 45 minutes. He stated I must not understand the real world - just not possible. I also stated that the employees should communicate this when orders are placed - his response - “Did I take your order” I said no and he said then how was I suppose to tell you.” My response- as a manager you would be sure your employees knew to communicate the important fact that they could not determine when their order would arrive. Well, order arrived - incomplete - paid for a 2 liter and did not receive- delivery person response was we would have to talk with manager. Ha! At the conclusion of my conversation with Shaun, the manager, he felt I was being hostile (never raised my voice nor any foul language used) only questions and dumbfounded by his responses and no regard for any customer service. He even threatened to cancel my order due to my rudeness and hostility. Really? Never once did he offer a reasonable or any answer only poor excuses. Will NEVER go back!!! This is what you all place in a leadership role- truly unbelievable!!!"
