"Came here for a dinner to go. I stayed at the front counter for a least 5 minutes before someone spoke to me. When the person asks if I need help he walks to the group of people in the kitchen to get service I guess for the front counter. Everyone saw me there but didn't want to stop what they were doing to serve me. This was around 8:30 pm on a Friday when they closed at midnight. First time at this store and the last."

"The moment I walked into Johnny’s I was greeted! This was my first time visiting but my daughter lives close to the area. I went there to order takeout. The atmosphere is welcoming. The service is extremely great! I look forward to returning there the next time I’m in the area."
"I'm not a huge Johnny fan. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and delivered them to my mom so we could share them. Still hot after driving 10 minutes away. Added extra cheese that I didn't ask for. Other than the regular grease most pizzas make it really good."
"I can't believe I haven't already left a review for this place! They not only have great, original specialty pizzas, but a variety of other items. I know you may be visiting in the real LA and say why go have pizza? - Do it! Especially if it is crayfish season and you can get a Sweep the Swamp pizza. If you want something quick and cheap, you can order a Johnny's Flip, there version of a cal zone and only $5, there are several flavors to choose from and they are excellent!"
