They were nice and professional even when impatient customers were being rude talking down to them. They explained there would be wait to everyone that left their vehicle. "My 81-year-old father went to get windshield wipers and they told him they were ordering them. They’ll put them on as soon as they get there shouldn’t be too long. This was this morning. An hour later they tell him it’s going to be another hour, because the person placing the order didn’t hit confirm the order, so after sitting there for two hours, he finally got his windshield wipers. Of course he’s afraid to leave to go get lunch because he don’t wanna lose his place and have to wait when he comes back so he refuses to leave the place to go eat so sits there hungry. Horrible service, horrible way to treat an elderly person."
